Today, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA), the top Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee, announced that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Fed), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) have each responded to her request for information regarding their policies and procedures for addressing harassment in their respective agencies and any steps they are taking to strengthen safeguards for their workers.
This comes following the full Committee hearing with prudential regulators on November 15, where Ranking Member Waters asked each of these Federal regulators to share their policies, procedures, and plans to ensure they have a safe workspace where all workers are respected and have meaningful ways to get help when they have been harmed.
Responses from each of the regulators can be found online in the hyperlinks below.
