Today, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA), Chairwoman of the House Committee on Financial Services, announced the following additional hearings in the month of July:

• July 23 at 10:30 AM – The full Committee will convene for a hearing entitled, “The Heroes Act: Providing for a Strong Economic Recovery from COVID-19." This hearing will convene in a “hybrid” format, which provides for remote Member participation or Member participation from the hearing room.
  
  
• July 30 at 12:30 PM – The full Committee will convene for a hearing entitled, "Protecting Consumers During the Pandemic? An Examination of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau." This hearing will convene in a “hybrid” format, which provides for remote Member participation or Member participation from the hearing room. This hearing will have the following witness:
