WASHINGTON – On Tuesday at 2:30 PM, Congressman Barney Frank will hold a press conference to answer questions about his recent announcement that he will not run for re-election in 2012. On Tuesday at 2:30 PM, Congressman Barney Frank will hold a press conference to answer questions about his recent announcement that he will not run for re-election in 2012. Note that the event was originally planned for 10:30 AM but that it has been moved to 2:30 PM. The event will be held in HVC Studio A in the Capitol Visitors Center. Access to the room will be via the adjoining room, HVC-117. Questions about the technical set-up in Studio A should be addressed to the House TV and Radio Gallery at 225-5214. Congressman Frank will speak briefly about his decision not to run and then will take questions from the press.
