The Committee on Financial Services met in open session to consider:

A resolution to adopt rules of the Committee on Financial Services pursuant to clause 2 of the Rule XI of the House of Representatives was AGREED TO, as amended, by a recorded vote of 31 ayes and 21 nays (FC-1).

• An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 1, was AGREED TO by a voice vote.
• An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 2, was NOT AGREED TO by a voice vote.
• An amendment offered by Ms. Waters, no. 3, was NOT AGREED TO by a voice vote.

A resolution to name Republican members of the Committee to subcommittees of the Committee and for other purposes was AGREED TO by unanimous consent.
